Yesterday’s Results for Toronto Raptors vs Los Angeles Clippers

Analysis: My selection is on Toronto minus the points over Los Angeles at 10:10 pm et on Monday. Both of these teams are in back-to-back situations but the Raptors have the benefit of staying in Los Angeles after dropping a 131-125 decision against the Lakers last night. We'll call for Toronto to bounce back on Monday. The Raptors have been on point offensively so far this season, making good on a consistent 44 or more field goal attempts in five of six games to date. Meanwhile, they've limited all six of their opponents to 85 or fewer field goal attempts and five of those to 80 or less - that's quite an accomplishment by today's NBA standards. The Clippers can't get out of their own way at either end of the floor. They've knocked down 41 or fewer field goals in five straight games, only eclipsing that number against the lowly Kings to open the season. On the flip side, they've played matador-like defense, allowing four of their last five opponents to connect on 42 or more field goals and three of those to knock down 46+. Take Toronto (8*).
