- At 6:30 pm, our selection is on the Army Black Knights + the points over Duke. The Blue Devils are ranked #2 in the country (behind #1 Florida), and are +620 at DraftKings to win the National Championship. Last season, I tabbed Michigan (at 20-1 odds) to win the title, and was rewarded in April when the Wolverines cut down the nets. This season, my choice is Duke. Still, I'm going to go against the Blue Devils in their season-opening game, which will be televised on ESPNU. Duke is favored north of 40 points and NCAA teams have covered just 40 percent the past 36 seasons when favored by 40+ points. Army has also cashed 78% the last 12 seasons when getting 15+ points.
