Detroit might have some talent on its roster. But, I don't expect the Red Wings to have much of a chance on Monday evening. So far this season, the Wings have played just five of their 14 games on the road. Now, they have to play consecutive difficult road games in B2B days against Florida and Tampa. I believe that it would be an accomplishment just to win one of these games. But, I don't expect that to be the case.
Florida is heating up with three consecutive winners to their name. The Panthers are also well rested with the past couple of days being free to recover. Staying at home over Halloween weekend should also help them re-charge. Give me the better team at home, even at this pricey price.
Burns' Prediction: 6-1 Panthers.
