- With Bubba Chandler and Kyle Freeland on the hill tonight, I see at least 13 or 14 runs being scored. The Pirates' Chandler is 2-7 with a 4.76 ERA in 14 appearances (13 starts) and is 1-4 with a 4.38 ERA in eight road appearances (seven starts). And over his last six starts, he's 1-3 with a 4.97 ERA.
Then there's Freeland, who is 1-7 with a 7.98 ERA in 12 starts. This is someone I'm generally looking at for the over or to fade, and as long as he is playing as bad as he is, I'll continue the pattern. Freeland is 1-2 with a 7.50 ERA in five starts in Denver, and the Bucs should have their way tonight.
