- I'm on the Yankees -1.5 runs. Cam Schlittler has been outstanding for the second straight season, the first two years of his career. The Yankees are 11-4 in his 15 starts and 10-1 against the run line in the 11 games they've won behind him. Meanwhile, the Reds have dropped 13 of their last 19 games, and 11 of those losses have come by at least two runs. Rhett Lowder has struggled away from home and continues to battle command issues, walking 19 batters in just 24.2 road innings. That's a dangerous combination against a Yankees lineup that can capitalize on free passes. It doesn't get much better once Lowder exits, either. Cincinnati's bullpen ranks among the worst in baseball, which could create additional opportunities for New York to extend a lead late. I'm backing the Yankees -1.5 runs. Thanks and best of luck!
