Analysis: Iowa is coming into this game with a 21-12 record this season and they are 10-10 in their conference. They are coming off of a 72-69 loss against Ohio State in their last game and they have been awful in their recent games as they have lost 4 of their last 5 as well as 5 of their last 7 games. Their only win in their last 5 games came against Maryland who was near the bottom of the conference all year, and their offense has not been very good all season, getting held under 70 points in 3 of their last 5 games. They are going up against a Clemson team that is 24-10 this season and they are 12-6 in their conference. They have been one of the better teams in the ACC all season and did have a rough patch after starting conference play so strong, but they have corrected their play and have been much better recently. They are coming off of a 73-61 loss to Duke in their last game and they have won 3 of their last 4 as well as 4 of their last 6 games with some quality wins in that span. Clemson has been playing much better over the last 2 weeks as they are heating up again and they have a very good defense to lean on in this game, and that is going to cause problems for Iowa as they have not been shooting well all season and have been fizzling out over the last 2 weeks. Clemson will cover the spread in this game.
