- Analysis
- This is a play on the TEXAS TECH RED RAIDERS for our CBB Monday Star Attraction. Kansas is coming off a big home win as it held off a late charge from BYU to win by eight points to make it five straight wins and covers for the Jayhawks. They are 6-2 in the Big 12 Conference which includes a 2-2 record in Quad 1 games with the home team winning all four of those games. Kansas is 1-3 in Quad 1 road games overall, the only win coming at NC State by one point in overtime. The Jayhawks are 1-4 ATS in their last five road games as underdogs of six points or less. Texas Tech is off a loss at Central Florida on Saturday which snapped its own five-game winning streak and the Red Raiders return home where they already have quality home wins over BYU and Houston. All five overall losses have been Quad 1 losses and all away from home. Here, we play against underdogs of 3.5 to 9.5 points averaging 76 or more ppg and after playing a game where both teams score 80 points or more going up against teams allowing between 74 and 76 ppg. This situation is 49-19 ATS (72.1 percent) since 2017. 10* (876) Texas Tech Red Raiders
