Analysis: Pinnacle on LSU The LSU offense finally got going over the last two games. Again, the scoring wasn’t there, but the passing attack was fun against Ole Miss, the rushing attack was great against Vanderbilt, and all of a sudden, things started to perk up. The nighttime craziness in Baton Rouge has already started the party. The Texas A&M season has been fantastic so far. The offense is fantastic thanks to a great run from the offensive line, the defense is among the best in the nation at getting into the backfield. With that being said, the win over Notre Dame was the only victory of the seven against a team that’s a mortal lock to go bowling. It was a struggle to put away Arkansas, it was a struggle to put away Auburn, and outside of the phenomenal W in South Bend, this is easily the team’s second biggest test. But this is A&M’s third road game, and the first two were decided by a total of four points. Texas A&M will hold its own on the lines, but LSU’s defense will rebound after the loss to Vanderbilt and play like its hair is on fire. It was on its heels the entire game in Nashville, and in this, the Tigers will bring the push the other way for the UPSET.
