In the final game of the week, Colorado takes on Utah in a Big 12 battle. Yes, it was a massive win for Deion and the Buffaloes a few weekends ago against Iowa State. But, that game was at home at Folsom Field and they've had a lot of time off which I believe might hurt them for this game. Momentum is needed for a team like this and the time off might have taken that away.
Utah remains one of the best unranked teams in the country despite the loss last weekend on the road to another ranked team that took its ranking away. The Utes are much, much better on the offensive side of the ball this year than they've been in recent years and the defense is still phenomenal. Even though QB Dampier is questionable, I've really liked what I've seen from Byrd Ficklin so far in his minimum time as he's 9/9 for 138 yards and a touchdown this season. He also runs the ball extremely well. Give me the Utes.
