Wisconsin vs Alabama Prediction

The current betting odds have Alabama listed as a 20.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Alabama hasn't looked great in their games this season with their 1-1 record overall. They lost their first game of the season on the road against Florida State and they git embarrassed in that one. They had nothing going for them in that game, but as bad as they looked in that one, it might not be a terrible loss with Florida State looking good again. Alabama also bounced back in their last game, beating Louisiana-Monroe at home 73-0. The offense looked a lot better in that one and the defense was much better too. They should play better being at home in this one and they still have a lot more talent on paper than Wisconsin has. Meanwhile, Wisconsin has looked good in their games this season with their 2-0 record overall. They haven't played any teams from the FCS, but they haven't really played any good opponents either. They just beat Middle Tennessee 42-10 in their last one, but they struggled to beat Miami-Ohio in week 1, winning that game 17-0, and both of those games were at home too. This is going to be their first road test of the season against a more talented opponent and Alabama is going to be playing the rest of the season with a chip on their shoulder after that opening loss. This is a good opportunity for Alabama to make a statement at home and get a much needed big win over a Big Ten opponent. The best way to place a bet here is on Alabama to cover the spread in this game.
