Steelers vs Browns Prediction

The current betting odds have the Steelers listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Steelers have looked good in their games this season with their 9-6 record overall which has them right at the top of the AFC North. They have been a good road team too with their 4-3 road record this year. Meanwhile, the Browns have looked terrible in their games this season with their 3-12 record overall which has them right at the bottom of the AFC North with one of the worst records in the entire NFL. They haven't looked great on their home field either with their 2-5 home record this season. The Browns are off a 23-20 loss to the Bills in their last one and they have a chance to play spoiler here, but they haven't looked that good lately. They were showing some fight weeks ago, but lately their defense has looked terrible with the number of points they have been giving up. The offense has also been really up and down and this Steelers offense has looked a lot better lately with Rodgers playing well. The Steelers had a really strong start to the season and it looked like they were ready to collapse when the Ravens erased a 1-5 start to the year and took the lead of the division midway through the season, but now the Steelers have a ton of momentum on their side with 3 wins in a row and they are in complete control of their own destiny. They still have to play the Ravens in their regular season finale, but that game means nothing if they get the win here as the Steelers will clinch the AFC North. The Steelers don't want this division to come down to the final game of the regular season so they are going to throw everything they have at this game to win so they can rest players next week, and they can take advantage of the way the Browns have taken a dive lately. The best way to place a bet here is on the Steelers to cover the spread in this game.

Steelers Browns Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, December 28, 2025 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Steelers 27 Browns 16.

Notable Quotes

“I’m just so appreciative of the men that I work with and the fight they displayed individually and collectively. Certainly weren’t perfect, a lot of adversity, some of it created by us. But they didn't blink and that’s what’s required this time of year.” - Mike Tomlin after his team’s win against the Lions in their last game.

“Yeah, in total we ended up minus in the turnover margin. It’s hard to do that versus a very good football team. And then they made their plays. We didn’t make enough at the end." - Kevin Stefanski after his team’s loss against the Bills in their last game.
