The Vikings are entering this game with a 3-2 record overall and they have a 1-0 record in their divisional games too. Eagles vs Vikings Prediction

The current betting odds have the Eagles listed as a 2.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Eagles have looked good in their games this season with their 4-2 record overall which has them right at the top of the NFC East. They had a great start to the season as they were 4-0, but now they have lost 2 games in a row in a terrible fashion. They dropped their first game of the season at home against the Broncos, blowing a 17-3 lead in the game, and now they are coming off a 34-17 loss to the Giants. They looked terrible in that one, but that game was on Thursday so the defending Super Bowl champions have had a mini-bye to work some things out and they will be looking to bounce back in this one. Meanwhile, the Vikings have looked good in their games this season with their 3-2 record overall. They are coming out of their true bye week after beating the Browns in London, but the Vikings have been a really up and down team this year. They haven't looked great with Wentz leading the offense and they don't really have an answer at QB this year, even with McCarthy. The defense has looked good, but the Eagles also have a good defense and this is a great game for them to bounce back in as they have the more reliable players on offense, starting with their QB. The best way to place a bet here is on the Eagles to cover the spread in this game.

Eagles Vikings Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, October 19, 2025 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Eagles 31 Vikings 17.

Notable Quotes

“I got to be better. Another opportunity to keep attacking them and capitalizing. I didn't give him a good ball. It's something that I own and something that I'm going to work on.” - Jalen Hurts after their loss against the Giants in their last game.

“Very excited to get him back officially practicing. I don’t necessarily want to put a percentage on where I think he’s at health-wise and I think this week will be massive for our whole team, but just to see J.J. back out there, getting reps, and working through the process of building that foundation back up. And we got off to a really good start last week, I was very fortunate to get that time with him.” - Kevin O’Connell on J.J. McCarthy.
