Eagles vs Chiefs Prediction

The current betting odds have the Chiefs listed as a 1.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Chiefs have a 0-1 record overall this season and they didn't look good in their season opener. They opened the year with a tough divisional game in Brazil and they lost to the Chargers 27-21. The defense wasn't great and Mahomes along with the Chiefs offense did not look right. That was their first game since losing the Super Bowl so that could have been hanging over them, but that loss should wake them up with the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles coming into town. Meanwhile, the Eagles have a 1-0 record overall and they looked good in their season opener. They beat the Cowboys at home 24-20 and their offense looked great as the Cowboys couldn't stop them to start the game. The defense didn't look great though as the Cowboys were able to have their way with the Eagles on offense. That is going to be a big issue here as the Chiefs still have plenty of talent in their offense and they are going to bring their best effort at home in this revenge game. The Chiefs are also in desperate need of a win after the way they looked in week 1 so couple that with the Super Bowl loss and the Chiefs are going to want this game at home more. The best way to place a bet here is on the Chiefs to cover the spread in this game.

Eagles Chiefs Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, September 14, 2025 (4:25 pm ET start time) is Chiefs 21 Eagles 17.
