Jets vs Dolphins Prediction

The current betting odds have the Dolphins listed as a 2.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Dolphins have looked terrible in their games this season with their 0-3 record overall which has them right near the bottom of the AFC East. They were terrible in their first 2 games and blew an opportunity at home to get their first win of the season against the Patriots. Now they are off a 31-21 loss in Buffalo, but they didn't look bad in that game and they are going to come with some more fight in this one to win their first game of the season at home. Meanwhile, the Jets have also looked terrible in their games this season with their 0-3 record overall which has them right near the bottom of the AFC East too. They were terrible in their 1 home game against the Bills, but they haven't looked bad in their other 2 games. They played a tight game with the Steelers and are now off a 29-27 loss to the Buccaneers, but they could still be without Justin Fields in this one and this offense has definitely struggled more since that 1st game of the season. The defense for the Jets hasn't been good either and as bad as the defense has been for the Dolphins, they still have a lot more talent than this Jets team, especially on offense. This should be a get right game for the Dolphins after a better showing on Thursday night. The best way to place a bet here is on the Dolphins to cover the spread in this game.

Jets Dolphins Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Monday, September 29, 2025 (7:15 pm ET start time) is Dolphins 27 Jets 13.
