Mississippi vs Oklahoma Prediction

The current betting odds have Oklahoma listed as a 4 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Oklahoma has looked really good in their games this season with their 6-1 record overall which has them right near the top of the SEC and ranked inside the top 25. Their only loss came in the Red River Rivalry to Texas, but they bounced back nicely in their last one with a 26-7 win over South Carolina. Their defense looked great in that win and they have had one of the best defenses in the SEC all season. Meanwhile, Ole Miss has also looked really good in their games this season with their 6-1 record overall which has them right near the top of the SEC and ranked inside the top 25. They are off their first loss of the season though, losing 43-35 against Georgia. Their offense looked really good in that game as they were still able to put up 35 points and were leading for most of that game, but they crumbled in the 4th quarter with Georgia storming back and that Ole Miss defense is still a really big issue for them. They were able to outscore opponents up until this point in the season, but they struggled to keep a lead against an elite Georgia team and they are going to be seeing another elite team in Oklahoma who does have one of the best defenses in the conference. Oklahoma also has a good offense that can put up points on this Ole Miss defense so Oklahoma has a big advantage at home with the better defensive unit. The best way to place a bet here is on Oklahoma to cover the spread in this game.

Mississippi Oklahoma Prediction:  Our NCAAF Pick for Saturday, October 25, 2025 (12:00 pm ET start time) is Oklahoma 27 Ole Miss 20.
