The Eagles are entering this game with a 2-0 record overall and they have a 1-0 record in their divisional games too. Rams vs Eagles Prediction

The current betting odds have the Eagles listed as a 3.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Eagles have looked great in their games this season with their 2-0 record overall and they have shown that they are still the team to beat in the NFL. They are off a tight win over the Chiefs in their last one and their offense struggled a lot against that defense, but they were moving the ball easily against the Cowboys so this offense will be fine with the talent they have. Meanwhile, the Rams have looked great in their games this season with their 2-0 record overall. They are off a 33-19 win over the Titans in their last one, but they struggled to pull away in that one as it was still a close game at halftime. They eventually broke it open in the 2nd half, but their offense still struggled at times and they had major problems in week 1 against a much better defense. The Eagles have the talent on defense to make this a really difficult game for that Rams offense with their slower start to the season. The Rams have been good defensively, but they did give up 19 points last week to one of the worst teams in the NFL, and this Eagles offense is due for a big game at home. They are going to have some momentum from that win at Arrowhead last week and they will carry that into this game too. The best way to place a bet here is on the Eagles to cover the spread in this game.

Rams Eagles Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, September 21, 2025 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Eagles 31 Rams 20.
