Chiefs vs Titans Prediction

The current betting odds have the Titans listed as a 3.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Titans have looked terrible in their games this season with their 2-12 record overall which has them right at the bottom of the AFC South with one of the worst records in the entire NFL. They have looked terrible on their home field too with their 0-7 home record this year. Meanwhile, the Chiefs haven't looked good in their games this season with their 6-8 record overall which has them right near the bottom of the AFC West. They have been a terrible road team too with their 1-4 road record this year. The Chiefs are off a 16-13 loss at home to the Chargers in their last one and that loss officially eliminated them from playoff contention. They also lost Mahomes to a torn ACL so it is tough to see where the team's motivation is coming into this one. The Titans have been one of the worst teams in the NFL all season, but they didn't look terrible in their 37-24 loss to the 49ers last week and they have shown a lot more fight lately, even beating the Browns on the road 2 weeks ago. The Titans have players that are still playing for jobs next season and with the current situation surrounding the Chiefs, this is a great opportunity for the Titans to win their first home game of the year. The Chiefs offense hasn't looked great this year, even with Mahomes playing, so Minshew isn't going to make it look any better, and the defense has also been a big issue too. The best way to place a bet here is on the Titans to cover the spread in this game.

Chiefs Titans Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, December 21, 2025 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Titans 21 Chiefs 18.
