Indiana vs Oregon Prediction

The current betting odds have Oregon listed as a 7.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Oregon has looked great in their games this season with their 5-0 record overall and their 2-0 conference record which has them right near the top of the Big Ten. They are off a big road win over Penn State in their last one which is going to give them some momentum going forward, beating a top 5 team at the time, and now they are coming out of their bye week so they have had some extra time to prepare for this game. Oregon has looked great all season as they once again have been rolling over every opponent they play, and they once again look like one of the best teams in the nation. A lot of that is due to the standard that Dan Lanning has kept over the last few years and they are going to bring their best effort for another ranked opponent in the conference. Meanwhile, Indiana has looked great in their games this season with their 5-0 record overall and their 2-0 conference record which has them right near the top of the Big Ten. They are also coming out of their bye week and they have some good wins under their belt this year, beating Illinois 63-10 and coming off a tough 20-15 road win over Iowa, but this isn't going to be an easy trip for them to make. Last season, Indiana made it to the playoffs because of a weaker schedule where Ohio State was the only true contender they faced, but this game is going to be a real test for them. They did not handle these kinds of opponents well last season and as good as they have looked this year, they still don't have the talent that this Oregon team has brought in. Indiana has a chance to make a big statement here, but so does Oregon and they have the more talented team on both sides of the ball. The best way to place a bet here is on Oregon to cover the spread in this game.
