Indiana vs Iowa Prediction

The current betting odds have Indiana listed as a 7.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Indiana has looked great in their games this season with their 4-0 record overall. They are coming off a big statement win against Illinois in their last one and not only did they win that game against another ranked opponent, they embarrassed Illinois with a 63-10 win. Indiana is looking to follow up a great season which they went to the CFP with another great season and they are showing why they could be even better this year. Meanwhile, Iowa has looked good in their games this season with their 3-1 record overall. They are off a 38-28 road win over Rutgers in their last one and they finally found their offense in that game, but their defense wasn't great. Iowa always has a great defense every year, but that defense is about to get tested in this one and Indiana has a lot more talent than some of the teams that Iowa has seen already. They also put up 38 points in that one, but that won't be easy for them to repeat against this better Indiana defense, and even though they put up 38 points, the offense still wasn't great statistically. Indiana has a really good defense that is going to cause issues for this Iowa offense, and Indiana has the offensive power to run away with this game. The best way to place a bet here is on Indiana to cover the spread in this game.

Indiana Iowa Prediction:  Our NCAAF Pick for Saturday, September 27, 2025 (3:30 pm ET start time) is Indiana 45 Iowa 10.

Notable Quotes

“We’ll get people's attention with this one. The team really laid it on the line tonight. There’s nothing better than being the Grinch in the second half with a big lead. I love that feeling.” - Curt Cignetti after his team’s win against Illinois in their last game.

"Coach Cignetti has come in and done a great job. Really upgraded their personnel last year, and beyond that, they're really well-coached. You didn't see a game where they didn't play hard and look like a really good football team.” - Kirk Ferentz on his team’s upcoming game against Indiana this week.
