Bengals vs Ravens Prediction

The current betting odds have the Ravens listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Ravens have looked good in their games this season with their 4-2 record overall which has them right near the top of the AFC North. They haven't looked great on their home field though with their 1-1 home record this season. Meanwhile, the Bengals have looked good in their games this season with their 3-2 record overall, but that record has them right at the bottom of the AFC North. They have been a good road team though with their 2-1 road record this year. The Bengals are coming off a 31-24 win over the Dolphins in their last one and they have the advantage here since they are coming out of their bye week. Their defense has looked a lot better this season after having one of the worst in the NFL last year, but they still have a lot of issues and don't have a great defense. The offense has looked good this season with Burrow staying healthy, but they haven't had a great rushing attack over the last few years and they still haven't improved much in that area. The Ravens have a great rushing attack though and that is going to cause issues for the Bengals defense. The Ravens are coming off a 13-10 road loss to the Browns in their last one and the offense was terrible, but they should be getting Lamar Jackson back for this game and will be looking to bounce back at home. Jackson will give this offense a huge boost, being one of the best QB's in the NFL, and the Ravens do have a better defense to lean on too. Look for the Ravens to bounce back at home with Lamar Jackson back and show why they are the best team in this division. The best way to place a bet here is on the Ravens to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

“I saw the protection that I really like. It buys me time and space. Pushed the ball downfield, and when you push the ball downfield with the guys that we have and (with) that kind of time, you can see what number one can do whenever the ball’s in the air. Obviously, an unbelievable play. You don’t want to take it for granted, but we’re used to it at this point.” - Joe Burrow after their win against the Dolphins in their last game.

“I told the team, ‘Put this one on me.’ I’ve just got to do better. Can’t put the team in this position.” - Derrick Henry after their loss against the Browns in their last game.
