The Packers also have the potential to be one of the best teams in the NFL this season so the Lions will be looking to bounce back at home in week 2 against a weaker divisional opponent. Meanwhile, the Bears have a 0-1 record this season and they looked terrible in their season opener. They lost to the Vikings at home 27-24 with JJ McCarthy making his NFL debut for the Vikings at QB. The defense looked good as they held the Vikings off as long as they could, but the offense looked terrible and couldn't stay on the field. Caleb Williams looked great on that first drive of the game when they opened with a TD, but he was terrible the rest of the game and still has a long way to go to be a starter in the NFL. They also played on Monday night so they are on a shorter week here and this is a terrible situation to be in on the road with the Lions in desperate need of a get right game after their opener. The best way to place a bet here is on the Lions to cover the spread in this game.
