Bills vs Jets Prediction
The current betting odds have the Bills listed as a 7 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Bills have a 1-0 record this season and they didn't look great in their season opener, but they never gave up in that game and found a way to pull off one of the greatest comebacks in NFL history. They were trailing 40-25 to the Ravens in the 4th quarter, but the defense stepped up and the offense was unstoppable for them to come back and win that game 41-40. The offense looked great in that game, but the defense was terrible and couldn't stop the run for the first half. This defense still has lots of talent though and the Ravens do have one of the best offenses in the entire NFL so the Bills are going to fix some things on defense this week and they won't look as bad in this game. Meanwhile, the Jets have a 0-1 record this season, but they didn't look bad in their season opener. They lost at home to the Steelers 34-32, but the offense looked great with Justin Fields. The defense is supposed to be their strength though and they looked terrible in that one. The Steelers couldn't even run the ball much either, yet Rodgers still carved up that defense through the air. That defense is going to be a big issue with the performance Josh Allen just put on in week 1 and as good as the Jets looked on offense, they still aren't the Ravens offense so they are going to be much easier for this Bills defense to stop with no Derrick Henry on the other side. The best way to place a bet here is on the Bills to cover the spread in this game.
