 The Monday sports card features NFL and MLB action. 

Week 1 in the NFL concludes with one game. The Minnesota Vikings travel to Chicago to play the Bears on ABC, ESPN, and the ESPN2 ManningCast at 8:15 p.m. ET. The Vikings are a 1.5-point road favorite with the total set at 43.5 (all odds from DraftKings). 

Major League Baseball has 11 games on its schedule. Two MLB games throw out the first pitch at 6:40 p.m. ET. The Cleveland Guardians host the Kansas City Royals. The Guardians have won four games in a row after their 2-1 victory at home against Tampa Bay on Sunday. The Royals had won three games in a row before their 5-1 loss at Minnesota yesterday. Cleveland sends out Slade Cecconi to take the ball to pitch against Kansas City’s Ryan Gergert. The Guardians are a -121 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.  

The Miami Marlins play at home against the Washington Nationals. The Marlins ended a five-game losing streak with a 5-4 victory against Philadelphia yesterday. The Nationals have won five of their last six games after their 6-3 victory in Chicago against the Cubs on Sunday. Jameson Junk gets the ball for Miami to take on Cade Cavalli for Washington for the Nationals. The Marlins are a -137 money-line favorite with a total of 8. 

The New York Mets play in Philadelphia against the Phillies at 6:45 p.m. ET. The Mets have lost two games in a row after their 3-2 loss at Cincinnati on Sunday. The Phillies’ three-game winning streak ended with their loss at Miami yesterday. New York taps Nolan McLean to battle against Philadelphia’s Aaron Nola. The Mets are a -121 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 9. 

The Chicago Cubs are in Atlanta against the Braves at 7:15 p.m. ET. The Cubs lost for the third time in their last four games after their loss to the Nationals yesterday. The Braves lost for the fourth time in their last six games in an 18-2 loss at home against Seattle on Sunday. Bryce Elder takes the mound for Atlanta to face Shota Imanaga for Chicago. The Braves are a -185 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. 

The Milwaukee Brewers visit Texas to go against the Rangers at 8:05 p.m. ET. The Brewers have won three games in a row in a 10-2 victory at Pittsburgh on Sunday. The Rangers have won two of their last three games in a 4-2 win against Houston yesterday. Milwaukee taps Jose Quintana to challenge Texas’ Jacob Lutz. The Brewers are a -126 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 8. 

The Los Angeles Angels are home against the Minnesota Twins at 9:38 p.m. ET. The Angels ended a three-game losing streak with a 4-3 victory at home against the Athletics yesterday. The Twins ended a six-game losing streak with their win at Kansas City. Caden Dana gets the ball for Los Angeles to take on Simeon Woods Richardson for Minnesota. The Angels are a -127 money-line favorite with a total of 9. 

Two MLB games start at 9:40 p.m. ET. The San Diego Padres host the Cincinnati Reds. The Padres have won two games in a row after an 8-1 victory at Colorado on Sunday. The Reds are on a two-game winning streak after a 2-1 victory against the New York Mets yesterday. San Diego sends out Yu Darvish to duel against Cincinnati’s Nick Lodolo. The Padres are a -144 money-line favorite with an over/under of 7.5. 

The Seattle Mariners play at home against the St. Louis Cardinals. The Mariners are on a three-game winning streak after their victory against the Braves on Sunday. The Cardinals won for the fourth time in their last five games in a 4-3 win against San Francisco yesterday. Bryan Woo takes the mound for Seattle to face Miles Mikolas for St. Louis. The Mariners are a -224 money-line favorite with a total of 7.5. 

The San Francisco Giants are home against the Arizona Diamondbacks at FS1-TV at 9:45 p.m. ET. The Giants have lost two games in a row after their loss against the Cardinals yesterday. The Diamondbacks saw their four-game winning streak end in a 7-4 loss against Boston on Sunday. San Francisco turns to Logan Webb to battle Arizona’s Nabil Crismatt. The Giants are a -186 money-line favorite with an over/under of 7.5. 

The Boston Red Sox play on the road against the Athletics at 10:05 p.m. ET. The Red Sox ended a three-game losing streak with a 7-4 victory against the Diamondbacks yesterday. The Athletics had won two games in a row before their win against the Angels on Sunday. Garrett Crochet gets tapped to pitch for Boston against Luis Morales for the Athletics. The Red Sox are a -176 money-line road favorite with a total of 8.5. 

The Los Angeles Dodgers host the Colorado Rockies at 10:10 p.m. ET. The Dodgers ended a five-game losing streak with a 5-2 victory at Baltimore on Sunday. The Rockies have lost two games in a row after their loss at home against the Padres.
