They have been one of the worst teams in the NFL over the last few years and haven't looked any better this season. They got blown out against the Jags in week 1 and now they are off a 27-22 loss to the Cardinals in a game where they had the ball at the end with a chance to win, but the Cardinals were up 27-3 before the Panthers even tried to make it a game. The Falcons have a much better defense though so there won't be any late comebacks for this Panthers offense, and this Panthers defense is going to give up points with the talent on this Falcons offense. The best way to place a bet here is on the Falcons to cover the spread in this game.
