They have made a lot of changes to this team on both offense and defense so they can't be as bad as they were last season, but they still have a lot to prove before they can be taken seriously again. They had no offense at all last season and that will be an issue in a game like this against a stronger SEC opponent who has a great defense. Even with the question marks at QB, Alabama should be able to roll Florida State in this season opener. Florida State has a lot of their own question marks to answer this year and even if Alabama's offense doesn't come out slinging here, the defense definitely won't make it easy for FSU to score. The best way to place a bet here is on Alabama to cover the spread in this game.
